The castle is genuinely huge inside—four kids and two adults fit without anyone elbowing each other. My daughter refused to come out for dinner, which says everything about how much they love it.

My kids flipped when they saw the castle shape inflate in the living room, and it fit both of them plus a few stuffed royal subjects. It's big enough that they can actually stand up inside, which I didn't expect from something that packs down so small.

Took about ten minutes to inflate with a box fan and my kids were inside it before I even finished tucking the edges. The castle shape really does encourage pretend play, though it deflates the second the fan's off, so plan on leaving it running.
